ComDlete Aareement. This License contains the entire agreement <br />between the Parties with respect to the matters set forth herein, and supersedes all <br />prior or contemporaneous agreements (whether oral or written) between the Parties <br />with respect to the matters set forth herein. <br />22. Termination. This License may be terminated prior to the end of the initial <br />term or any renewal term if, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial <br />term or any renewal term, written notice of termination as of the end of the subject term <br />is given by one Party to the other. <br />If City receives an offer to provide phone and /or telecommunications services at <br />the Property which will be provided following the expiration or termination of this <br />License (for any reason), City shall give written notice of such offer to Licensee and <br />Licensee shall have fifteen (15) days after receipt of such notice to accept the terms of <br />the offer. If accepted, Licensee shall provide phone and /or other telecommunications <br />services, as applicable, at the Location under the same terms as set forth in the offer. <br />23. Amendment. This License may be amended only by a written instrument <br />executed by the Parties. <br />24 Severabilitv If any provision of this License is determined by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid for any reason, such provision shall be severed from <br />and shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this License. <br />F:Atty /Agr.122 <br />060403 <br />
