� I D -lZ <br />3. That the first full paragraph of section I of Exhibit "A" will be amended in <br />its entirety to read as follows: <br />Operations Committee. Composed of the Gardner Center Director <br />and senior staff from each of the funding partners of Redwood City <br />2020 (RC 2020} City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, <br />Redwood City School District and Sequoia Union High School <br />District, will meet monthly and work by consensus to assist the RC <br />2020 Executive Director to develop recommendations to be <br />presented to the Coordinating Council. <br />4. That the first paragraph of Section II of Exhibit "A" will be amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br />The Coordinating Council, composed of the Gardner Center <br />Director and one representative from each of the funding partner's <br />governing Boards (and one alternate member from each of these <br />Boards), and the members of the Operations Committee, will meet <br />quarterly to: <br />A. Monitor RC 2020 activities. <br />B. Consider recommendations regarding new projects and /or <br />taking existing projects to scale. <br />C. Develop recommendations to take back their respective <br />governing bodies relating to allocation of resources. <br />D. Serve as the decision making body for RC 2020, using a <br />consensus model of decision making. <br />5.
