CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />are enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is limited to <br />15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items.
