RD 81-01 RD-81-01 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT PROCESS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, acting as <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, requires <br />consulting services to advise and aid it in the redevelopment <br />process which it intends to undertake pursuant to Chapter 8 of <br />Part 1 of Division 24 of the Health and Safety Code of the State <br />of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wainright & Ramsey, Inc., has represented to this <br />Council acting as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, that it is uniquely qualified in the municipal <br />redevelopment process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council acting <br /> <br />as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City an <br />agreement for consulting services in connection with the re- <br />development process; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council acting as the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City to approve said <br />agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />4/9/81) by and between the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />acting as the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />and Wainright & Ramsey, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk for full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />
