Nancy Radcliffe, <br /> Planning Commissioner, introduced the item and shared some photos and the <br /> Golden Oar Award. Council Member Pierce, as the leader of the Council boat <br /> thanked her team members. Ms. Radcliffe shared who was on her �eam and <br /> thanked all those who were present.
