Real Estate Option Agreement. Pursuant to the terms of tliat certain <br /> unrecorded Real Estate Option Agreement (the "O�tion Agreement"), by and between <br /> Owner and Optioxiee, dated as of October 1, 2010, Owner grants to Optionee the <br /> exclusive riglit and option to purchase that certain real property, consisting of <br /> approximately 1.44 acres of land, having Asseszor Parcel Numbers 052-392-260 and <br /> 0052-392-210, located in tl�e City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br /> California, as more particulazly descxibed on Exhabit A attacl�ed hereto (the "�roperty"). <br /> 2. 2erm, Tl�e teim of the Option Agreement, and any rights or interest �� <br /> Optionee in and to the Properiy created hereby, shall begin on the date of this <br /> Memorandum, and shal] end no later than December 31, 201 t, and may end eazlier as <br /> provided in the Option Agreement� <br /> 3. The price and other tern�s are set forth in the Option <br /> Agreement, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of which are incorporated herein <br /> by reference as though set forth fully herein. In the event of any incflnsistency between <br /> this Memorandum and tha Option Agreement, the Option Agreement shall coziGrol. All <br /> capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same <br /> meaning as is set forth in the Purchaser Agreement. <br /> 4. Effect.
