This document is <br /> timely submitted pursuant to the terms of the October 11, 20101etter,from Ms. Silvia <br /> vonderlinden, Redwood City City Clerk, to Mr. Warsowe ("Supplementad Submission'). <br /> THIS SUPPLEMENTAL SUBMISSION is made in support of an appeal of several <br /> specific decisions of the Redwood City Planning Housing and Economic Development <br /> Department ("Planning Department"), as set forth in its September 21, 2010 Notice of <br /> Official Action ("NOA") with respect to the issuance of an architectural permit to Mr. <br /> Robert Carroll and Ms. Katherine North, co-applicants ("Applicants"), and of certain <br /> ongoing policies and practices of the Planning Department <br /> THIS APPEAL IS MADE BY AND ON BEHALF OF Ms. Renate W. Albrecht and Mr. <br /> Marc Warsowe, wife and husband, owners of the adjoining property at 456 Saint Francis <br /> Street, and, as appropriate, on behalf of other individuals and entities that join Ms. <br /> Albrecht and Mr. Warsowe with respect to one or more of the decisions, policies, or <br /> practices under appeal ("Appellants"). <br /> THE SPECIFIC DECISIONS UNDER APPEAL ARE: <br /> 1.
