<br /> Any legal description provided to the consultanUappraiser is assumed lo be correct. Any titles and ownership lo any property are
<br /> assumed to be good and marketabie. No responsibiUty is assumed for matters legal in character. Any and all property is appraised
<br /> and evaluated as Uvough f�ee and clean, under responsibie ownership and competenl management.
<br /> It is assumed that any property is nol in violation of any applicable codes, ordinance, slaWtes, or olher govemment regulaQons.
<br /> Care has been laken to obtaln all informadon from reiiable sources. All data has been verified insofar as possible; however, lhe
<br /> consultanUappraiser can neither puarantee nor be responsible for the accurecy of inCormaGon provided by others.
<br /> The consultanUappraiser shall not be required to give testimony or lo attend court by reason of lhis report u�less subsequent
