1 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N i . . _ Ili <br /> N O. 26 6' 9 <br /> APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> EAGLE HILL TERRACE <br /> (AVENUE DEL ORA TO TERMINUS) <br /> WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City did, on September 14, 1953, <br /> pass and adopt a resolution, No. 2858 ordering certain work and <br /> improvements, said work and improvements being described and set <br /> out in Resolution of Intention No. 2816 of said Council, passed <br /> and adopted on July 27, 1959, said resolutions both being on file <br /> in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City• and to <br /> which resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS said Resolution No. 2858 directed the City En7ineer <br /> of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to be made for <br /> the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 2816; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City Of Redwood City has <br /> prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of Redwood <br /> City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the work <br /> and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 2816 <br /> and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram <br /> showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land.and the demensions <br /> of each such lot, piece or - parcel of land and the relative location <br /> of the same to the work - proposed to be done, all within the limits <br /> of the assessment district set out in said Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 2816; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that the <br /> diagram presented by the City Engineer for approval, as such <br /> diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br /> be, and he hereby is, directed to certify to the date of such <br /> diagrams approval. <br />
