w- 411 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2895 <br /> APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br /> JEFFERSON AVENUE WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> (HIGHLAND AVENUE TO FARM HILL BOULEVARD) <br /> WHEREAS the Council of Redwood City did, on August 17, 1959, <br /> pass and adopt a resolution, No. 2854 ordering certain work and <br /> improvements, said work and improvements being described and set <br /> out in Resolution of Intention No. 2801 of said Council, passed <br /> and adopted on July 20, 1959, said resolutions both being on file <br /> in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to <br /> which resolutions reference is hereby made for further particulars; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS said Resolution No. 285/1 directed the City Engineer <br /> of Redwood City to make and sign the assessments to be made for <br /> the work and improvements to be done under said Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 2801; and <br /> WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has <br /> prepared and presented for the approval of the Council of Redwood <br /> City a diagram of the property affected or benefited by the work <br /> and improvements described in said Resolution ef Intention Mo. 2801 <br /> and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram <br /> showing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions <br /> of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and the relative location <br /> of the same to the work proposed to be done, all within the limits <br /> of the assessment district set out in said Resolution of Intention <br /> No. 2801; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED, that the <br /> diagram presented by the City En'Tineer for approval, as such <br /> dianram is hereinbefore described, be, and it hereby is, approved. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br /> be, and he hereby is, directed to certify to the date of such <br /> diagram's approval. <br />
