building for the Loyal Order of Moose No. 1112 to contain cooking <br /> and dining facilities as well as meeting halls and offices, all <br /> related to the Loyal Order of Moose on property located on <br /> Jefferson Avenue and described as Parcel No. 2 of Resubdivision <br /> of Lands of Oddstad Homes as recorded December 21, 1955, in <br /> Volume No. 2939, page 403, subject to the conditions hereinafter <br /> stated. <br /> 3. This use permit is granted on the express condition that <br /> no alcoholic beverage shall be dispensed, consumed or possessed <br /> upon the premises by members of the Loyal Order of Moose or their <br /> guests. <br /> 4. This use permit is granted on the express condition that <br /> no alcoholic beverage shall be dispensed, consumed or possessed <br /> upon the premises by any lessee, permittee, or other person or <br /> organization occupying the premises with the consent of the Loyal <br /> Order of Moose. <br /> 5. This use permit may be terminated at any time by order <br /> of the Council of the City of Redwood City upon breach of the <br /> above conditions. <br /> 6. This use permit shall automatically terminate on the <br /> sale, transfer, alienation or other disposition of the above <br /> described property by the Loyal Crder of Moose. <br /> 7. This use permit shall be in full force and effect upon <br /> the receipt by the Clerk of the City of Redwood City of an acknow- <br /> ledged declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions here - <br /> inabove stated executed in duplicate by the authorized officer of <br /> the Loyal Crder of Moose No. 1112. <br /> -2- <br />
