COVENANT OF ACCEPTANCE <br /> WHEREAS, the Loyal Order of Moose No. 1112, pursuant to the <br /> terms of Redwood City Ordinance No. 600, being the Zoning Plan of <br /> the City of Redwood City, has made application to the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Redwood City for a use permit to construct <br /> a club house upon property located on Jefferson Avenue in the City <br /> of Redwood City in a district zoned as a 11 U" District, being more <br /> particularly described as Parcel No. 2 of Resubdivision of Lands <br /> of Oddstad Homes as recorded December 21, 1955, in Volume No. 2939, <br /> page 403; and <br /> WHEREAS, said application was denied by the Planning Commission <br /> of the City of Redwood City and appeal was made to the City Council <br /> pursuant to Section 21.6 of Redwood City Ordinance tTo. 600; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, subject to <br /> certain conditions designated in Resolution No. 28 9 1 _ of the City <br /> Council, adopted November 2 , 1959, approved said permit to <br /> be effective upon receipt by the City Clerk of written acceptance <br /> by the above named applicant of the terms and conditions specified <br /> in said resolution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> The applicant for the above mentioned use permit, the Loyal <br /> Order of Noose No. 1112, hereby accepts and agrees, for itself and <br /> for its successors in interest to any of the above described prop- <br /> erty, as a covenant running with the land, to abide by the terms and <br /> conditions of said permit as specified in the above mentioned <br /> resolution. <br /> The applicant agrees that the use permit shall automatically <br /> terminate on the sale, transfer, alienation or other disposition <br /> of the above described property by the applicant. <br />
