COVENANT OF ACCEPTANCE WHEREAS, the Loyal Order of Moose No. 1112, pursuant to the terms of Redwood City Ordinance No. 600, being the Zoning Plan of the City of Redwood City, has made application to the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City for a use permit to construct a club house upon property located on Jefferson Avenue in the City of Redwood City in a district zoned as a 11 U" District, being more particularly described as Parcel No. 2 of Resubdivision of Lands of Oddstad Homes as recorded December 21, 1955, in Volume No. 2939, page 403; and WHEREAS, said application was denied by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City and appeal was made to the City Council pursuant to Section 21.6 of Redwood City Ordinance tTo. 600; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, subject to certain conditions designated in Resolution No. 28 9 1 _ of the City Council, adopted November 2 , 1959, approved said permit to be effective upon receipt by the City Clerk of written acceptance by the above named applicant of the terms and conditions specified in said resolution; NOW, THEREFORE: The applicant for the above mentioned use permit, the Loyal Order of Noose No. 1112, hereby accepts and agrees, for itself and for its successors in interest to any of the above described prop- erty, as a covenant running with the land, to abide by the terms and conditions of said permit as specified in the above mentioned resolution. The applicant agrees that the use permit shall automatically terminate on the sale, transfer, alienation or other disposition of the above described property by the applicant.
