Said posting and publication shall be completed at least <br /> twenty (20) days before the date established herein for hearing <br /> of protests. <br /> 4. It is further ordered that the Clerk of said City shall <br /> mail or cause to be mailed notices of the adoption of said Resolu- <br /> tion of Intention and the filing of said report, postage prepaid, <br /> at least twenty days before the date set for hearing of said pro- <br /> tests, to all persons owning real property to be assessed, whose <br /> names and addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll <br /> for City taxes prior thereto or as known to the City Clerk, which <br /> notice shall contain a statement of the time, place and purpose of <br /> the hearing on said Resolution of Intention and report and a state- <br /> ment of the total estimated cost of the proposed improvement, the <br /> amount, as shown by said report, to be assessed against the par- <br /> ticular parcel covered by the notice, together with a statement <br /> that any person interested may file a protest in writing as provided <br /> in said Article II -A of said Ordinance No. 333, as amended. <br /> * * * * * * <br /> -2- <br />
