RESOLUTION NO. 2883 <br /> PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> BAYSHORE INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 1 <br /> RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, California, as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That on the 5th day of October, 1959, said Council did <br /> adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 2882 to improve Bayshore <br /> Industrial Park No. 1 by constructing and installing therein <br /> sanitary sewer system complete, water system complete, fire hydrants, <br /> storm drain systems complete, including pumping plant, the acquisi- <br /> tion of property necessary therefor, and all other work auxiliary <br /> to the above which may be reasonably required to carry out the <br /> same in said City. <br /> 2. That the proposed improvement was referred to the City <br /> Engineer, he being the officer having charge and control of the <br /> construction of public improvements in and for the said City of <br /> the kind described therein, and being a competent person employed <br /> by said City for that purpose. <br /> 3. That said City Engineer has made and filed with the City <br /> Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said Resolu- <br /> tion of Intention and under and pursuant to said Ordinance, which <br /> report has been presented to this Council for consideration. <br /> 4. That said Council has duly considered said report, and <br /> each and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part <br /> of said report is sufficient and should not be modified in any <br /> respect; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, said Council hereby orders as follows: <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications for the proposed im- <br /> provements to be made, contained in said report, be, and they are <br /> hereby, preliminarily approved and confirmed. <br /> -1- <br />
