Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> for 125 CFI' Rotary Type Air Compressor," said specifications <br /> consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding form, specifica- <br /> tions, and bid sheet, copies of which are on file in the office <br /> of the City TIanager, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
