• AE C :yc : 8 27 59 -7 r R E S O L U T I O N N O. 2876 RESOLUTION DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY- OWJ'1ED PROP- ERTY FOR ALLEY, PUBLIC UTILITY AND OTEER MUNICIPAL PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is the owner of certain hereinafter described real property which has been improved for alley purposes; and WHEREAS, the City desires to dedicate the hereinafter described area for alley, public utility and other municipal purposes; NOW, TH'.EREFORE : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TiE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1, The hereinafter described real property belonging to the City of Redwood City is hereby dedicated to and accepted for public use for alley, public utility and all other muni- cipal purposes. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County. 3. The property referred to herein is more particularly described as follows: All of that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, being a portion of lands of Redwood City, a municipal corporation, designated as Parcel 2 in that certain deed from Oddstad Homes, a corporation, to the City of Redwood City dated October 15, 1957, recorded January 28, 1958, in Volume 3339, at page 693, of Official Records of San Mateo County, State of California, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Farm Hill Boulevard as shown on that certain map entitled "FARM HILL NO. 3, REDW,_ OD CITY, CALIFORNIA," recorded July 5, 1957 in Volume 47 of Mq s at page )1)1, Records of San Mateo County, State of California, said point being the northerly terminus of that certain course designated and shown on said map as South 2 12 00"
