` • AEC : ek :9/21/59 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 2875 <br /> RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED BY CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, JULY 22, 1959, FOR FURNISHING OF <br /> TRACTOR - LOADER AND ROTATING- TILLER EQUIPMENT FOR <br /> USE AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2779, adopted July 6, <br /> 1959, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of an <br /> industrial type four - wheel tractor, a front end loader, and power <br /> rotating- tiller equipment, in accordance with specifications <br /> therefor; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received on July 22, <br /> 1959; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and it is the <br /> intention and desire of this Council to reject any and all bids <br /> received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY nu; COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> on July 22, 1959, for the furnishing of an industrial type four - <br /> wheel tractor, a front end loader, and power rotating- tiller <br /> equipment, for use at the sewage treatment plant, are hereby <br /> rejected. <br /> * * * <br />
