• % 1 JC:yc:9/3/59-7 <br /> ! r- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 28()() <br /> ABSOLUTION GRANTING SEQUOIA AIRE AND CABLE <br /> COMPANY REVOCABLE PERMISSION TO USE A PORTION <br /> OF THE UNIMPROVED EXTENSION OF BAY ROAD, SUB- <br /> JECT TO DESIGNATED TEAMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> :JHEREAS, Sequoia - Aire and Cable Company has requested <br /> permission to pave a 25' x 135' strip between its buildings <br /> across a portion of the unimproved extension of Bay Road lying <br /> 110 feet West of the Northerly boundary of Willow Street; and <br /> 4HEREAS, the Council desires to grant said permission upon <br /> certain designated conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED4OOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOIS: <br /> 1. Revocable permission is hereby granted to Sequoia 4ire <br /> and Cable Company, 2201 Bay Road, Redwood City, California, here- <br /> inafter referred to as 'Permittee" to pave and use a portion of <br /> the unimproved extension of Bay Road as said Bay Road is shown <br /> on that certain map entitled "Redwood Industrial Tract No. 1," <br /> filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on <br /> August 15, 1947 in Volume 27 of Official Records at Pages 39 and <br /> 40, said area being more particularly described as that portion <br /> of Day Road, 25 feet in width and 135 feet in length lying 110 feet <br /> West of the Westerly line of dillow Street, Redwood City. Said <br /> permission is granted subject to the following terms and condi- <br /> tions: <br /> a) This permit shall be revocable at any time at the <br /> will of the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> b) The improvements permitted herein shall be subject <br /> to the approval of the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City. <br />
