1 <br /> i <br /> Hall of Juatice and Records, Redwood City, California, <br /> / xrerr -o. - He dv- acd - Ctty9 - trr - the Ctty - Mall - an - Mtddiefield - Raad <br /> si as the day, hour, and place when and where any and all <br /> persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve- <br /> ments described in said Resolution 'f Intention No. 2806, or to <br /> the grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and <br /> made, or to the district to be assessed for said work and improve- <br /> ments, could appear before said Council and show cause why said <br /> proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done <br /> in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.2806 , or why <br /> said work and improvements should not be carried out and done at <br /> the grades as shown on the plans, profiles and detailed drawings <br /> referred to in said Resolution of intention No. and now on <br /> file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the day, hour, and place last above mentioned, <br /> all objections, oral and written, to said work and improvements <br /> described in said Resolution of Intention No.2806 , or to the <br /> extent of the district to be assessed therefor, were duly con- <br /> sidered by said Council; and <br /> WHEREAS all said objections were overruled and denied by <br /> said Council; and <br /> WHEREAS said Council did determine that protests were not <br /> made by more than one half (1/2) of the owners of the property <br /> proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS said Council has acquired jurisdiction to order said <br /> work and improvements; <br /> -2- <br />
