A <br /> TRAFFIC ORIGIN- DESTINATION SURVEY <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to determine the an- <br /> ticipated traffic flow in the streets of the City of Redwood City <br /> for future planning of major street development; and <br /> ^EI RFAS, Ebasco Services, Incorporated is willing to provide <br /> the necessary consulting services to assist in the obtaining of <br /> the necessary information; and <br /> EEREAS, City desires to contract with Ebasco Services, Incor- <br /> porated for the performance of such services; <br /> NOT , THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED a: THE COUNCIL OF T TL CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLO?JS : <br /> 1. That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement for ConsultinP' <br /> Services - Traffic Origin - Destination Survey," by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City and Ebasco Services, incorporated, a copy of <br /> which is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars as to <br /> the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood. City. <br />
