August 20, 1910, Book 7 of Maps, <br /> Page 26, San Mateo County records. <br /> Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent <br /> the un assessments and bear interest at the rte of six <br /> oer cent (6%) . oer annum will be issued pursuant to Article 1 <br /> of Ordinance No. 33T of said City, entitled "Redwood City <br /> improvement Procedure Ordinance" adoorted March 1L:, 1992, as <br /> amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine <br /> (9) years from the second (2nd) day of January next succeeding <br /> Novemberi5 following their date. <br /> Notice is hereby ci_ven that Monday, the 16th day of <br /> Au2ust, 1946, et the hour of eight o'clock P.M., at the Council <br /> Chambers in the City Hall of said City, are hereby fixed as the <br /> time and place when and where any and all oersons interested <br /> may alypeal and show cause, if any they have, why the City Council <br /> should not find and determine that the public convenience and <br /> necessity reouires the improvements described and referred to in <br /> this resolution, without further com:pliance with the aoecial <br /> Assessulent, investigation, Limitation, and Majority Protest Act <br /> of 1931 of the State of California now embodied in the Streets <br /> and Highways Code of California as Division 4 thereof. <br /> The City Clerk shall Fj.ve notice of the adotion of this <br /> resolution by . publishinf a.
