insurance coverage, as Grantee deems adequate, at Grantee's sole expense. <br /> 4.1.1 Commercial General Liability Insurance. $1,000,000 combined <br /> single -limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property <br /> damage. If the submitted policies contain aggregate limits, general <br /> aggregate limits will apply separately to the work under this Grant <br /> Agreement or the general aggregate will be twice the required per <br /> occurrence limit. <br /> 4.1.2 Automobile Liability. $1,000,000 combined single -limit per accident <br /> for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> 4.1.3 Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability. Workers' <br /> Compensation limits as required by the California Labor Code and <br /> Employer's Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury. <br /> Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability insurance will not be <br /> required if Grantee has no employees and provides, to Grantor's <br /> satisfaction, a declaration stating this. <br /> 4.2 Additional Provisions. Grantee will ensure that the policies of insurance <br /> required under this Grant Agreement contain, or are endorsed to contain, the <br /> following provisions: <br /> 4.2.1 For Commercial General Liability Insurance and Automobile <br /> Liability Insurance, Grantor, the City of Redwood City, their officers, <br /> agents, volunteers and employees will be named as additional insureds. <br /> 4.2.2 Grantee will obtain occurrence coverage which will be written as <br /> claims -made coverage. <br /> 4.2.3 This insurance will be in force during the life of the Grant <br /> Agreement and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without thirty <br /> (30) days prior written notice to Grantor sent pursuant to the Notice <br /> provisions of this Grant Agreement. <br /> 4.3 Providing Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Upon Grantor's <br /> request, Grantee will furnish the completed certificates of insurance and <br /> endorsements to Grantor. <br /> 4.4 Failure to Maintain Coverage.
