The design of the curvilinear standing seam metal roof, subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval to AP2010 -09 and minor modifications as provided in the Notice <br />of Official Action, is consistent with the development requirements established in the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance. <br />3.
