411 111 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 862 <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND HOPKIN3 AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, <br /> in open session, on Apri17, 1950 , publicly open, <br /> examine, and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing <br /> all the work and making all the improvements described in <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 842 of said Council, passed and <br /> adopted by said Council on March_6 to <br /> which resolution reference is hereby made for further parti- <br /> culars; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that said Council of the City of Redwood <br /> City hereby rejects all said proposals or bids except that <br /> next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for <br /> doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest, <br /> regular, responsible bidder, to wit: C. 0. Bodenhamer, <br /> at the prices named in his bid, to which bid reference <br /> is hereby made for further particulars. <br /> The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice <br /> of this award in the Redwood. City Tribune, a daily newspaper <br /> (except Sunday), published, printed and circulated said <br /> City of Redwood City, and hereby designated for tha purpose <br /> by the Council of said City. <br /> * .. * <br />
