Said persons shall file with the Agency evidence, satis- <br />factory to it, of such person's financial ability to perform. <br /> <br /> 5. Said persons shall agree to make a part of any lease, rental <br />agreement, occupancy permit, sales agreement or construction contract a <br />provision that there be no restrictions in regard to race~ sex, color, creed, <br />religion, national origin and ancestry. <br /> <br /> 6. Said persons shall agree to aid the Agency in every way pos- <br />sible in the temporary relocation of their business prior to their reentry <br />into the Project Area. <br /> <br /> 7. Said persons shall agree to participate in any total park- <br />ing arrangement developed for the Project Area. <br /> <br /> 8. Said persons shall agree to maintain and operate their prop- <br />erties in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan and all covenants, conditions <br />and restrictions thereof. <br /> <br /> 9.
