RD-82-09 RD 82-09 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION <br /> BY OWNERS IN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has prepared a Redevelopment Plan <br />for Redevelopment Project No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of real property within Redevelopment <br />Project No. 2, may desire to participate in the redevelopment <br />in conformity with the Redevelopment Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law <br /> (Health and Safety Code §33000 et seq.) an agency shall adopt <br /> <br />rules allowing for and governing such participation; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The rules and regulations entitled: <br /> <br /> "Redwood City Redevelopment Agency Rules governing <br /> Participation by Owners in Redevelopment Project <br /> No. 2." <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference incorpo- <br />rated herein, are hereby adopted and shall govern partici- <br />pation by owners in Redevelopment Project No. 2. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby <br />authorized and directed to make said rules and regulations <br />available at the office of the City Clerk of the City of <br />Redwood City for inspection by all interested persons; and <br />further, to publish a notice of the availability thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
