Agency to impose said Declaration of Restrictions on the <br />property involved. <br /> <br /> H. In the Participation Agreement, a participation owner <br />shall agree to insert into and make a part of any lease, rental <br />agreement, occupancy permit, use or sales agreement pertaining <br />to the property involved or any other document a provision that <br />there shall be no restrictions imposed thereon because of race, <br />sex, color, creed, religion, national origin, or ancestry. <br /> <br /> I. In the Participation Agreement, if a participating <br />owner agrees to remove, demolish, alter, improve or rehabil- <br />itate existing structures and improvements on the property <br />involved, he shall also agree to do such within specified time <br />limits established by the Agency. If the participating owner <br />agrees to construct new structures, and/or improvements on the <br />property involved or to remove, demolish, alter, improve or re- <br />habilitate existing property, he shall agree to do so only <br />after plans, specifications and artist's renderings of the <br />building have been presented to and approved by the Agency. He <br />shall also agree to perform such construction, after said ap- <br />proval, within specified time limits established by the Agency. <br /> <br /> J. Ail owners who may be offered Participation Agreements <br />by the Agency, shall enter into such Participation Agreements <br />within the time limits specified by the Agency. <br /> <br /> K. Ail property owners and business tenants in the <br />Project Area shall have access to copies of the Redevelopment <br />Plan and to such other data, information and records on file in <br />the Agency's office as may be allowed by the Agency at reason- <br />able office hours and, at the decision of the Agency, at any <br />reasonable appointed time. Such property owners and business <br />tenants may meet with the Agency members at any regular or <br />special meeting of the Agency to discuss the Plan as it affects <br />their property, providing such owners and business tenants <br />shall make a request so as to meet the Agency members at least <br />five (5) working days prior to the time set for such meeting. <br /> <br /> L. Each Participation Agreement may contain a section <br />designating the purchase price of the parcel of property <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
