(a) The improvement of Poplar Avenue by oonstructing <br /> and installin3 taerein 2" asphaltic concrete paving with <br /> 6" crusher run rock base 31 in width, standard concrete <br /> curbs, ,:;utters and 5 width concrete sidewalks on both sides <br /> thereof, for its entire len: frtxa its intersection with <br /> the westerly line of that tract of land in Redwood Jity known <br /> as Portals. Addition to its intersection with Juniper° Avenue. <br /> (h) The improvement of Vir3inia Avenue the same as <br /> for Poplar Avenue in (a) above from its intersection with <br /> Poplar avenue to its intersection with Redwood Avenue. <br /> (c) The improvement of Juniper° Avenue the same as <br /> for Poplar Avenue in (a) above from its intersection with <br /> Poplar Avenue to its interseetton with Redwood Avenue, pro- <br /> vided however that the complete intersection of Juniper° <br /> Avenue and Redwood Avenue shall be Laproved with asphaltic <br /> concrete pavinG and concrete curbs, jutters and standard <br /> concrete sidewalks shall be constructed at the northerly <br /> corners of said intersection. <br /> (d) The construction and installation of two (2) <br /> 15" reinforced concrete - pipe siphons across Virinia Avenue <br /> at its intersection with Poplar Avenue connected with <br /> standard concrete catch basin to be constructed at each <br /> end of said siphons; the construction and installation of <br /> a 15" reinforced concrete pipe storm drain across the <br /> intersection of Poplar and juniper° Avenues connected with <br /> a standard concrete oatch basin to be constructed at eaoh <br /> end of said storm drain; the construction and installation <br /> of a 15" reinforced concrete pine storm drain connected <br /> with the aforelsentioned catch basin to be constructed on <br /> the :;asterly side of Juniero Avenue at its intersection <br /> with Poplar Avenue, extent approxiamtely 32 in an <br /> eaaterly direction fro-a said catch basin in a 5 easement <br /> 4 <br />
