• • <br /> The indirect costs specified in this form are used to populate the changes to this cost <br /> P P P g <br /> category in the "Detail 2 - Adjust Cost" worksheet. <br /> Detail 2 - Adjust Cost <br /> This table provides the calculations used to generate the 2011 costs for the "Indirect <br /> Costs excluding Depreciation and Interest" cost category by Line of Business and <br /> are based on the costs calculated in the "Detail 1 - Indirect Cost Change" worksheet. <br /> The costs specified in this form are used to populate the changes to this cost <br /> category in the "Detail 3 - Service Level Changes" worksheet. <br /> Detail 3 - Service Level Changes <br /> This table provides the calculations to adjust the costs delineated on the "Detail 2 - <br /> Adjust Cost" worksheet for changes in service levels. The adjustment to costs <br /> based on service level changes are calculated for each Service Sector by Line of <br /> Business. The costs that are updated based on service level changes are used to <br /> populate the costs in the "Detail 4 - Updated Total Costs" worksheet. The <br /> adjustment to costs based on changes in service levels will only be calculated for <br /> Rate Year One (2011) and Rate Year Three (2013). <br /> Detail 4 - Updated Total Costs <br /> This table provides the updated costs for 2011 by Service Sector and Line of <br /> Business that are calculated in the "Detail 3 - Service Level Change" worksheet.
