ActUal Reasonable Expenses in Searching for a Replacement Business <br /> A displaced person who satisfies the pertinent eligibility requirements <br /> with respect to actual reasonable moving expenses, shall be eligible for <br /> payment in an amount not to exceed $500 in searching for a replacement busi- <br /> ness, including expenses incurred for: <br /> 14.1 Transportation; <br /> <br /> 14.2 Meals and lodging away from home; <br /> 14.3 Time spent in searching based on the hourly wage rate of the salary <br /> <br /> or earnings of the displaced person or his representative, but not <br /> to exceed $10 per hour; and, <br /> <br /> 14.4 Fees paid to a real estate agent or broke9 to locate a replacement <br /> business. <br />15. Moving Expenses - Outdoor Advertising Businesses <br /> <br /> The owner of a displaced outdoor advertising business is entitled to payment <br /> for the reasonable cost of moving such displays, or their in-place value, <br /> whichever is lesser. <br /> <br />16. Alternate Payments - Individuals and Families <br /> <br /> A person who is displaced from a dwelling and is eligible for a payment for <br /> actual reasonable moving expenses may elect to receive and shall be paid in <br /> lieu of such paymentz <br /> <br /> 16.1 A moving expense allowance not to exceed the amount currently esta- <br /> blished by the Federal Highway Administration schedules maintained by <br /> the California Department of Transportation, or <br /> <br /> 16.2 A dislocation allowance of $200. <br /> <br />17. Alternate Payment - Business <br /> <br /> 17.1 General. A displaced person who moves or discontinues his business <br /> who is eligible for relocation payments and who elects to accept <br /> <br /> the payment authorized shall receive a fixed relocation payment in an <br /> <br /> <br />
