Ingram. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize Interim City Manager to Execute Separation Agreement with Peter C, Ingram. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Recently, City Manager Peter C. Ingram resigned his employment. The City and Mr. <br /> Ingram have agreed that a smooth transition is in the best interest of the City, and Mr. <br /> Ingram is committed to assisting in that transition. The proposed agreement is intended to <br /> address and resolve any potential issues relating to Mr. Ingram's employmentwith the City. <br /> The agreement provides that Mr. Ingram is accessible to City during the transition period <br /> that commenced November 15, 2010 ending December 31, 2010, and that he is on paid <br /> administrative leave through June 30, 2011. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> 1.
