To be effective, INGRAM's notice of <br /> revocation must be in writing and must be hand-delivered or mailed to CITY's <br /> City Attorney at 1017 Middlefield Road, 2" Floor, Redwood City, California <br /> 94063. If mailed, the revocation must be postmarked within the seven-day <br /> period, property addressed and sent by certified mail, return xeceipt requested.
