Performance Bond The Contractor shall have delivered a Performance <br /> 2 Bond meeting the requirements of Section 10.03. <br /> 3 The Authority may, in its sole discretion, waive the satisfaction of conditions I �, <br /> 4 described in paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 6 of this Section. <br /> 5 B. The obligation of Contractor to pertorm under this Agreement is subject to j <br /> 6 satisfaction, on or before the Effective Date, of the following condition, which may <br /> 7 be waived by Contractor: <br /> 8 1. Contract with Equipment Manufacturer.
