In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the California <br /> Mechanical Code, 2010 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical <br /> Code, and the provisions of this Chapter, the provisions of this Chapter <br /> shall apply. <br /> Sec. 9.105. SECTION 115.2 OF THE MECHANICAL CODE AMENDED: <br /> Section 115.2 of the Mechanical Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 115.2. Permit Fees.
