ATTACHNfENT 3 <br /> Page 45 <br /> The Pauls Corporation is a privately held Denver, Colorado based organization that <br /> owns and develops real estate in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1980 by William <br /> B. Pauls, the company's primary business is identifying, financing, developing and managing <br /> successful real estate opportunities during varied market conditions. Pauls focuses on entitling, <br /> financing, master planning, construction, and sales and marketing of well positioned assets to <br /> create mixed use office parks, residential communities and commercial real estate. <br /> Leadership of the management, construction, marketing and sales team responsible for <br /> Project entitlement and completion has been and will continue to be Paul W. Powers, Mike <br /> Serra III, and Joe M. Wilson. <br /> Paul Powers is the president of Pauls Corporation and has been part of Pauls <br /> Corporation since its founding. Mr. Powers served in the United States Army and the lowa <br /> National Guard, received a Business Degree from the University of lowa, and served two terms <br /> as a Colorado State Senator. With over 30 years experience in commercial and residential real <br /> estate, Mr. Powers owned and operated several construction homebuilding and real estate <br /> companies. He was also chairman of several Colorado banks which were acquired for re- <br /> organization and resale. <br /> Mike Serra III has been a principal with the The Pauls Corporation since 1995 and <br /> oversees project entitlement, infrastructure design, financing and management of two <br /> metropolitan districts in Colorado (similar to assessment districts in California), chair of the <br /> Gateway Park design review committee, company wide environmental services, and platting <br /> and site plan approvals for Gateway Park, Pauls Corporation 1,250 acre mixed use <br /> development in the City and County of Denver and the City of Aurora, and other Pauls <br /> Corporation projects. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in <br /> Microbiology and Environmental Health. He has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate <br /> development in both the private and public sectors, and has held a wide variety of skilled and <br /> responsible positions including: City Planner of the town of Montrose, Colorado; Executive Vice <br /> President of Powderhorn Ski Area; and Facilities Manager for Mesa County, Colorado. <br /> Joe Wilson joined the Pauls Corporation in 2007 and has over 25 years of experience in <br /> residential construction. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from <br /> California Polytechnic State University — San Luis Obispo and has been responsible for the <br /> management of all development and construction operations of over 75 single family attached, <br /> detached, and apartment communities in California and Colorado totaling more than 8,000 <br /> homes. Joe is currently the Director of Multi-family Construction for the Pauls Corporation. <br /> Current Representative Projects.
