Based on the Peninsula Traffic <br /> Congestion Relief Alliance employer database, approximately 4,500 potential users are located <br /> along the Mid Point Caltrain Shuttle route in addition to another 8,000 future users expected <br /> when the build out of Stanford's Medicine Outpatient Center is completed. <br /> Please find enclosed a copy of a letter from SamTrans indicating their support of the shuttle <br /> service, and letters from employers expressing support for continued service. <br /> The City of Redwood City will continue to evaluate the success of the program utilizing CICAG's <br /> current service efficiency guidelines which stipulate per rider costs not to exceed $6 and a <br /> minimum of 10 riders per service hour. This service currently meets C/CAG's efficiency <br /> standard. <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this grant application request.
