A <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on April 28, <br />2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin <br /> <br />Absent: Chair person Claire <br /> <br />Abstain: Vice Chair Ira <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Hartnett The Council Courthouse Renovation Committee <br />recommends that the Redevelopment Agency Board: <br /> <br />1. Approve an agreement with FTB for design services for the Courthouse <br />Square and Marshall Street Frontage in an amount not to exceed $195,910.00 <br />and <br /> <br />2. Approve and authorize an additional appropriation of $66,810.00 from the <br />Redevelopment Fund Balance to the funding previously approved for the <br />restoration of the Courthouse and the design of the Courthouse Plaza. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Chair person Claire absent, <br />and Vice Chair Ira abstaining. <br /> <br /> Patricia Howe <br /> Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
