c. Project planning and implementation (project completed by May 2011) <br /> d. Communications — formal and informal with youth and adults (Ongoing) <br /> Sequoia Youth Advisory Board <br /> a. Staff weekly Sequoia YAB for the duration of the academic year. <br /> b. YAB yearly timeline will be completed by 11 -1 -10. At least two in- <br /> depth project will focused on AOD related issues. The goal will also be <br /> to reach the entirety of the student populations. This event will occur <br /> by May 2010. <br /> c. Youth from the Sequoia Youth Advisory Board will visit the PP <br /> partnership group a minimum of 2 times. They will aim to visit in <br /> January to present they proposal for the AOD prevention week and <br /> solicit member input. In addition they will aim to visit in April or May to <br /> share the findings from their work. <br /> Access Survey Results Dissemination <br /> a. Staff from YLI and YFES will host a data analysis "retreat" with <br /> members of YAB to distill relevant findings. This will occur prior to the <br /> start of the academic year (objective completed 8 -5 -10) <br /> b. Community dissemination, in collaboration with YLI, of the Youth <br /> Access Survey Results. <br /> c. Community dissemination will occur by 1 -1 -11 and presentation to <br /> the PP can occur in the October, November or December staff <br /> meetings (accommodations for the youth school schedule will need to <br /> occur). <br /> Prevention Partnership Participation <br /> a. Support the Prevention Partnership with strategies to meaningfully <br /> engage youth in these efforts. This support can look like individual <br /> tech support with PP members, and /or community /internal trainings. <br /> b. Actively participate in monthly Work Group and assist with the <br /> execution of activities related to this work. <br /> c Act as an Adult Ally between the Youth Commission, Youth <br /> Oversight Committee and the Prevention Partnership. <br /> d. Will attend monthly PP meetings and execute duties, as assigned. <br /> Meet Prevention Partnership Expectations outlined in Exhibit "C" <br /> Agreement over $10K 11 <br /> City Attorney Approved Version 041410 <br />
