EXHIBIT A <br /> Timeframe and Compensation <br /> Consultant services will be provided for a total of approximately 426 hours at $110 per hour for <br /> a total contract amount not to exceed $46,860, not including additional incidental <br /> reimbursements noted below. <br /> Services will be provided for a maximum of 20 hours weekly (to be adjusted by the City and the <br /> consultant based on meetings, objectives and work products. <br /> Work under this contract will be completed by June 2011. <br /> Billing will be done on a monthly basis by the consultant. <br /> Additional incidental reimbursements including mileage (at the approved IRS limit amount), <br /> tolls, parking not to exceed a total of $1,140 during the term of the agreement. <br />
