Authorize the City Manager to sign Memorandum of Understanding, to <br />participate in the regional commercial high-efficiency clothes washer program <br /> <br />2. Authorize funding in the amount of $75,000.00 for Fiscal Year 2003/2004 <br /> <br />3.
