r Stewardship Council January 22, 2010 Peter Ingram City Manager City of Redwood City 750 Bradford Street Redwood City, CA 94063 Dear Mr. Ingram: This Amendment, when signed by an authorized representative of your organization, will serve to supplement and amend the Grant Agreement between Pacific Forest and Watershed Lands Stewardship Council, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ( "Stewardship Council ") and the City of Redwood City ( "Grantee ") dated December 4, 2009 (the "Grant Agreement "). For good and valuable consideration, the Grant Agreement is amended as follows: 26. Evaluation Grant. The Stewardship Council agrees to provide Grantee with an additional award of Grant Funds in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000), to be used only for the purposes set forth in this Amendment (the "Evaluation Grant Funds "). a. The Evaluation Grant Funds shall be used to prepare a written evaluation study documenting the project described in Grantee's Proposal (including a project description, approach, outcomes, successes and challenges), and for no other purpose, as set forth in the Project Description attached as Exhibit A and the Budget attached as Exhibit B . b. Evaluation Grant Funds shall be payable upon execution of this Amendment c. Grantee agrees to furnish the Stewardship Council with a complete copy of the Evaluation in a mutually agreed format not later than January 14, 2011. d. Grantee acknowledges that the Evaluation Grant Funds are intended to produce usable documentation over and above the grant report that Grantee is required to provide pursuant to the Grant Agreement, with the goal of sharing outcomes, successes and challenges with grantmaking organizations, grant seekers, and other groups and individuals.
