EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Priority Area: Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences for Students <br /> Project title: Redwood Environmental Academy and Leadership (REAL) Program <br /> Project duration: 2010 -2211 with the intent to apply for 2011 -12 & 2012 -13 <br /> • YLI will provide leadership training to 20 REAL students. <br /> • Students will participate in 9 YLI training workshops and will begin to develop a lesson plan to <br /> communicate what they learned about watersheds to other students in the program. <br /> • Students will have an improved understanding and responsibility for their watershed - -June 2011 <br /> • Students will improve their leadership and communication skills by teaching Redwood High <br /> students, their peers in YO Mateo and Friday Night Live about the importance of caring for the <br /> watersheds - -June 2011 <br /> PAYMENT AND REPORTING <br /> Youth Leadership Institute will provide a detailed invoice, with evidence of achievement of deliverables <br /> when requesting payment. <br /> The contract will be paid in one installment due by August 30, 2011. <br /> Agreement under $10K 4 <br /> City Attorney Approved Version 031210 <br />
