Pursuant to Section 50022.1, et seq., of the Govemment Code and <br /> Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the California <br /> Mechanical Code, 2010 Edition, as published by the Intemational <br /> Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials is hereby adopted and <br /> shall be in effect within the City of Redwood City to the same extent as if <br /> set out in ful( herein except as expressly amended by the provisions of this <br /> Article. <br /> B. tn the event of any conflict between the provisions of the California <br /> Mechanical Code, 2010 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the Mechanical <br /> Code, and the provisions of this Chapter, the provisions of this Chapter <br /> shall apply. <br /> Sec. 9.105. SECTION 115.2 OF THE MECHANICAL CODE AMENDED: <br /> Section 115.2 of the Mechanical Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 115.2. Permit Fees. Each applicant for a pe�rnit to do work regulated by <br /> this code shall pay to the Building Official for each permit at the time of issuance <br /> a fee established by resolution of the City Council. <br /> Secs. 9.106 - 9.116. RESERVED." <br /> SECTION 5. Article V(I of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Code is hereby added to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE VII. PLUMBING CODE <br /> Sec. 9.117.
