8.0 <br /> Page 123 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The recitafs set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> Section 2. The Downtown Precise Plan that was presented to the City Council <br /> at its meeting on January 24, 2011, was filed and made available at the Office of the <br /> City Clerk, and is incorporated herein by this reference, is found to be in the public <br /> interest and in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the Zoning <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> Section 3. The City Council hereby approves the Downtown Precise Plan with <br /> the modifications described as Alternatives 4 and 5 in the Final EIR, as the most <br /> appropriate precise plan for the downtown area of Redwood City. <br /> Section 4. The City Council finds that the Downtown Precise Plan, with the <br /> modifications described as Alternatives 4 and 5 of the Final EIR, is in the public interest <br /> and in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the Zoning Code of the <br /> City of Redwood City, and hereby adopts the Downtown Precise Plan, as so modified. <br /> Section 5.
