6.1 B <br /> Page 4 <br /> 2. In addition to those services contained in the Original Agreement as <br /> Amended, Consultant will provide those services described in Exhibit "A" at the fee <br /> schedule set forth in Exhibit "B." With this Amendment, the total Agreement amount <br /> shall not exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand One dollars <br /> ($2,869,001). <br /> 3. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Three Hundred <br /> Sixty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($366,210). Consultant will provide City, <br /> on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, <br /> hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 4. All other terms of the Original Agreement as Amended which are not in <br /> conflict with the provisions of this Amendment No. 4 shall remain unchanged in full force <br /> and effect. In case of a conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement as Amended and <br /> this Amendment No. 4, the provisions of this Amendment No. 4 shall control. <br /> 5.
