Our current <br /> budget status, and each added scope item and corresponding cost, are itemized below. <br /> The total additional compensation amount requested includes additional, unbilled costs <br /> incurred to date--i.e., to delivery of the Planning Commission version of the Final EIR, as <br /> well as anticipated additional costs from now through certi�cafion of the Final EIR (e.g., <br /> Pla�ning Commission and City Council hearings, Final EIR revisions requested by the <br /> Planning Commission, and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program). <br /> In the interest of maintaining the vitaf project scheduie set forth by the City staff, <br /> Pianning Commission, and City Council, we have been concenVating on completion of <br /> the Draft and Final EIR and have deliberately refrained from taking the time to prepare <br /> th(s request until now. <br /> Current BudQet Status lDecember 10. 2010) <br /> 2009 contract budget (excluding contingency)' a1T8,826.00 <br /> Total billed to date (through October 12, 2410, incl. separate DEtR 188,438.92 <br /> printing invoic�) <br /> Total received to date 188,438.92 <br /> Total cost to date 2g4,572,p2 <br /> 'A 10-percent contingency of $17,883 ("for use only with City staff written authorization°) was <br /> included in the ariginal September 8, 2009 City-approved budget.
