5. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY — <br />A. Motion: Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission <br />(Commission) Recommendation to Rename 49er Field at Red Morton Park <br />in honor of Frank Guida. <br />Staff contact: Christopher Beth, Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director 780 -7253 <br />cbeth @redwoodcity.org <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept by motion the recommendation by the Commission to name the area <br />known as 49er Field to the Frank Guida -49er Field in honor of his more than 45 <br />years of volunteer coaching of young people in Redwood City. <br />B. Proclamation: Rename 49er Field at Red Morton Park in honor of <br />Frank Guida — Chris Beth, Parks, Recreation, and <br />Community Services Director <br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City <br />Council /Redevelopment Agency Board, and will be enacted by one motion and one <br />vote. The Oral Communications and Consent Calendar category is limited to 15 <br />minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor /Chair.
