Final Environmental Impact Report <br />Adopt a Resolution to Certify the Final Environmental Impact Report (Final <br />EIR) prepared for the Downtown Precise Plan; to make Findings regarding <br />Mitigation Measures and Alternatives; to Adopt a Statement of Overriding <br />Considerations; and to Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program (MMRP) prepared for the project. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE <br />DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN <br />2. Downtown Precise Plan <br />Adopt a Resolution to approve the Downtown Precise Plan including approval <br />of the most appropriate Maximum Allowable Development (M.A.D) cap and <br />alternatives. Staff and the Planning Commission specifically recommends <br />that the City Council consider EIR Alternatives 4 (Revised Maximum <br />Allowable Development caps) and 5 (Revised Historic Resources <br />Preservation Regulations) which allow for revised development caps and <br />greater regulation pertaining to historic resources, and other amendments as <br />deemed appropriate.
