In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the <br /> California Electrical Code, 2010 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the Electrical Code <br /> and the provisions of this Chapter, the requirement which prescribes and establishes <br /> the higher standard of safety shall apply unless otherwise stated in this Article. <br /> Sec. 9.139.
