Business Rules & Reporting Customizations <br /> Following a review of RCPRCS's business rules and reservation terms and policies, the Camava system <br /> will be revised to support and validate all rules and policies such as length of stay, capacity limitations, <br /> reservation time tables, reserve amounts, deposits, refunds, etc. This will also include employee <br /> operations rules. The interface that the staff uses will be customized to support department policies from <br /> employee access to data, ability to change data and such. (20hrs) <br /> Following a review of RCPRCS's current reporting requirements, the Camava system will be customized to <br /> support reporting needs of the organization. The reporting customization is intended to create reports that <br /> fall outside of the standard set of Camava reports. See the "Additional Requirements," section 1 for <br /> individual reporting requirements. (10hrs) <br /> Instructor contract generator. This module will allow the staff to generate contracts ( "Letter of Agreement ") <br /> for contractors /instructors of RCPRCS. The system will allow administrators produce an agreement <br /> indicating the instructors split, the detail of the classes, season, date, time and duration. The Camava <br /> system supports support flexible payment methods. Instructors will be able to be paid based on a <br /> percentage, flat fee, or percentage.
